How I became the person I am today
Early in my career I was driven by the idea of being able to make a living from what I enjoy most, what I am passionate about and what I really, really want and to escape the life that was meant for me: to take over my father's business.
If you can't change the rules, change the game. For this new game, I had to come up with my own plan from scratch, look for new role models, liberate and establish myself on a completely new playing field. I had to learn a lot quickly, and make new connections to succeed on my own independent journey.
My parents have been very supportive along the way and I will forever be grateful to them.
How I wrote and designed my own story and seized opportunities was not according to the typical rule book or pattern. It certainly wasn’t the safest or easiest path either, but it’s my unique plot.
The bohemian unicorn. My story is unique, my career path is an expression of freedom and independence and has become a big part of my strength and distinction. It has won me many awards and great wins and has provided me with big opportunities along the way.
With this lifestyle I continue to maintain the feeling I experienced on my first bike ride as a child and has been so important to me ever since. It is the ride of my life.
My career has taught me, I love being challenged by something that hasn't been done before. I have the courage to embrace the unknown. That's exactly my comfort zone. I am fearless, take chances, believe in my skills, and strive for excellence. I am a livelong learner. Through a repeating pattern of success, I have established great confidence and trust in my abilities paired with a blind passion to tackle and make things better.
